The short version
I'm Dhrumil. I've spent 5+ years designing 0-to-1 products across health tech, enterprise SaaS, and AI, working the whole stretch: research, UX, design systems, visual design, and production builds in Framer and React. Most designers stop at handoff. I don't.
The flagship
N1 Care is an AI clinical intelligence platform where I was the sole designer on a 23-person team: 10 modules from concept to production, a design system built from scratch, and a 75% reduction in the time clinicians need to generate a patient report.
Before that
As founding product designer at Duggup I shipped v1.0 in five months and watched 2,000 people use it in the first week. Founding design is mostly deciding what not to build, in public, while everyone watches.
Why the systems habit
I came to design from mechanical engineering, which explains a few things: the fondness for systems, the belief that a drawing should be buildable, and the inability to leave a tolerance unspecified. Self-taught since the pivot, ranked top 50 of 455,534 designers in Embark 2021.
How I work now
These days I design with AI in the loop, Claude Code and Figma MCP mostly. I design the system and direct the build; the robots type faster than I do, but they still can't tell which of the eight options is the right one. That part stays human.
